Track Replies & Advance Your Pipeline
When a prospect replies to your email, open their card and click the yellow ⭐ Mark as Interested button to advance them from Contacted → Interested. If they agree to a meeting (outside the built-in scheduler), click the green 📅 Mark as Meeting Booked button to move them from Interested → Meeting Booked.
  • SendGrid users: Reply detection is automatic — these buttons cover all other channels (Gmail, Outlook, phone, etc.)
  • Mark as Interested: Shows on Contacted prospects — yellow ⭐ button in the status bar
  • Mark as Meeting Booked: Shows on Interested prospects — green 📅 button in the status bar
  • Forward-only: Buttons only appear when the prospect is in the right stage — no accidental regression
